Build the transport around your wedding schedule
Wedding transport works best when the schedule describes every movement. List the preparation address, ceremony entrance, photography locations and reception arrival time. Tell us who travels on each leg rather than only giving the total number of wedding guests. Loading time, dresses, bouquets and family assistance may all affect the plan.
Nominate someone who can answer a mobile on the day. A planner, family member or venue coordinator can clarify an entrance without interrupting the couple. Include a realistic buffer between appointments and travel. Photography stops and extra venue changes should be agreed in advance, especially if a vehicle needs to remain available between journeys.
North Island venues and regional travel
Auckland celebrations can involve city hotels, waterfront venues or rural properties outside the centre. Waikato weddings may connect accommodation in Hamilton or Cambridge with a separate ceremony and reception. Bay of Plenty and Rotorua itineraries can involve hotel collections and lakeside or countryside venues. Your exact addresses are more useful than a broad destination label.
For Northland, Taupō, Hawke’s Bay or longer North Island itineraries, request an early availability review. Travel to the first pickup and arrangements after the final drop-off may affect the quote. Confirm gate access, turning space and a wet-weather meeting point with your venue. Listing a region is not a promise of locally based vehicles.
Tell us where you want to go
Share your route, NZ pickup time, passengers and luggage. Review a calculated fare or request a confirmed quote.
Plan this journeyOne way, return or wait and return
Choose one way for a single scheduled transfer. A return arrangement includes an agreed later journey; it does not automatically mean the chauffeur waits throughout the ceremony or reception. Use wait and return when you need the chauffeur to remain available, and describe the expected waiting period and location clearly.
A multi-stop wedding itinerary needs more detail than a simple outward and return route. Tell the team which photography stops are essential, whether passengers change along the way and when the last journey finishes. Changes during the day can affect availability and charges, so discuss a practical alternative if the celebration runs late.
Wedding quotes and configured vehicle fares
When wedding transfers use quote-request mode, enter your contact details, date, route and vehicle preference, then submit the request for review. The team confirms the arrangements and price before providing payment instructions. A request does not reserve a vehicle or confirm that the requested schedule is available.
The booking system also supports configured vehicle fares when the service is switched to priced booking. The form follows the current setting, so a price may appear for eligible journeys in that mode. Return travel, selected waiting and agreed extras affect the calculation. Short-notice journeys still need review. Ask for GOBLACK5 to be included in your quote without stacking another discount.
Confirm the details that matter on the day
Choose a category for the actual group and luggage requirements. Bridal-party clothing and personal items deserve consideration even on a short journey. Tell us about requested decorations or special presentation rather than assuming they are included. A category preference is separate from the final vehicle assignment and must be confirmed for your date.
Review the written itinerary, inclusions, waiting arrangements, fare and cancellation terms before payment. If you also need airport transport for family or hotel transfers for guests, identify those as separate movements. Start your wedding enquiry below and include the venue schedule so the team can respond with a useful plan instead of an incomplete estimate.
