Two arrangements: your vehicle or chauffeur with car
Choose Driver Without Car when you will provide the vehicle. This suits customers who want someone to drive an agreed itinerary in their own available car. The booking price is for the driver’s time, not the supply of a vehicle. Explain the vehicle, passenger group and planned use so the arrangement can be reviewed.
Choose With Car when you need transport supplied as well as the chauffeur. The form then presents suitable vehicle options and uses their backend pricing. Select against both passenger and luggage capacity. Do not use the driver-only hourly figure as a vehicle-inclusive fare; these are separate arrangements with different inclusions and configured rates.
The four-hour driver-only minimum
The driver-only plan has a minimum booking of four hours at NZ$137.50 per hour, including GST. That makes the minimum driver-time charge NZ$550 before an applicable offer. Longer bookings use the selected duration. Check the start time and total hours carefully; a short journey does not reduce the four-hour minimum.
Vehicle supply, fuel, tolls and parking are not included in that driver-only figure. Discuss the vehicle’s suitability, condition, permissions and any relevant use arrangements with the team before confirmation. Do not assume a chauffeur can drive every type of vehicle or accept an unreviewed schedule. Special arrangements need a clear agreement before the journey.

Hire Chauffeur checks the pickup area against the service cities configured in the booking system. Enter the actual hotel, home or business address, New Zealand date and time, and planned duration. Availability around Auckland or another supported North Island city is checked for the specific booking, not guaranteed simply by a destination appearing online.
For rural pickups, a finish far from the starting point or travel involving Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupō or Northland, describe the complete itinerary. Extended and overnight assignments may need a manual quote. Vehicle-inclusive hire and a clear estimate
With Car uses the selected vehicle’s hourly configuration, minimum duration and applicable distance pricing. Enter the intended days and hours, then review vehicle capacity and the estimate after completing the contact and trip details. Ask the team to confirm any unfamiliar distance allowance, extra stop or special requirement before accepting the fare.
The Hire Chauffeur form uses booked duration rather than a trip-type selector. Describe the route and intended finish in the itinerary notes so the time allowance is appropriate. Request availability and claim your 5% offer
Provide your name, phone and email with the start location, date, time and duration. Driver-only pricing can be calculated from the completed required details without choosing a supplied vehicle. Pickups within 72 hours need a quote; other requests can still require a coverage or availability review. A pending request is not confirmation of a chauffeur assignment.
Claim GOBLACK5 through the existing offer form for a flat 5% reduction on calculated ride fares. For example, 5% off the standard NZ$550 driver-only minimum is NZ$27.50, making NZ$522.50 before any separately agreed items. For a manual quotation, request the offer in the confirmed price.
