A private journey between the places you choose
Point-to-point chauffeur travel suits a defined pickup and destination. It can connect a home with a hotel, a workplace with a meeting venue or one North Island stay with the next. Enter both exact addresses and the entrance to use. A shopping centre name or a wide rural district may need further detail before dispatch.
If you are booking for someone else, include the travelling passenger’s usable mobile number and an appropriate on-the-day contact. Add luggage and passenger requirements before choosing a category. Tell us about an appointment deadline so the pickup plan can include a practical traffic buffer. A displayed journey estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time.
City connections and longer North Island routes
An Auckland pickup can begin a private connection towards Waikato, Bay of Plenty or Northland. Hamilton and Cambridge accommodation changes, Tauranga meetings and Rotorua hotel arrivals each need their own exact route. A journey through several destinations should include every planned stop instead of being submitted as one direct drop-off.
Longer requests towards Taupō, New Plymouth, Hawke’s Bay or Wellington need advance assessment of driving time, chauffeur commitments and possible overnight arrangements. The team confirms whether a proposed pickup and finish can be supported. Regional service information describes routes we can review, not a network of advertised local offices or unrestricted on-demand coverage.

Plan this journeyOne way, return and waiting arrangements
Choose one way for a single defined journey. A return arrangement includes the journey back under the configured fare rules. Wait and return adds the agreed waiting requirement as well as the return travel. Provide the actual time the chauffeur needs to remain available, especially for appointments with an uncertain finish.
If your plans involve an open sequence of meetings or errands, hourly booking may describe the job more accurately than a fixed point-to-point trip. Multi-stop routes, unfamiliar access and additional waiting should be discussed before confirmation. Do not assume an outward fare automatically includes later collections, parking or a day of driver availability.
Understand the route fare before payment
Configured point-to-point prices use the selected vehicle’s route rule: an included distance and charges for additional distance blocks started. Return travel and selected waiting can add to the fare. Vehicle category, chargeable extras and your offer code are reflected where applicable. Review the breakdown rather than comparing only a headline journey amount.
Contact details and trip information are collected before vehicle prices. Short-notice pickups within 72 hours require a quote, as do quote-only categories and arrangements needing manual review. For calculated fares, claim GOBLACK5 and enter the code to receive the existing flat 5% offer. Ask the team to show it in a manual quote; discounts do not stack.
Business and personal travel with clear instructions
For business travel, add reception names, meeting entrances and any requirement for separate passenger movements. A roadshow with multiple appointments needs a reviewed schedule, not several unconfirmed assumptions about waiting. For personal travel, describe child seats, oversized bags or assistance requirements early so a suitable vehicle and plan can be considered.
Check the pickup date and time in New Zealand time, both addresses and the service selected before submitting. Confirmed inclusions and booking terms matter for changes and cancellations. A pending request is not the same as a confirmed journey. Start below with your actual itinerary or call GoBlackTransfer if you need help choosing between point-to-point and hourly travel.
