Choose time-based travel for a changing itinerary
Hourly booking is useful when the chauffeur needs to remain available between several agreed movements. A meeting day can include a hotel pickup, office visits and a final drop-off without treating each movement as an unrelated transfer. Provide a likely route and finish time even when individual appointments may change during the day.
Booked time still needs a workable plan. Give the team the earliest collection, latest required arrival and any significant gaps. If one appointment has no predictable finish, explain that before booking. Additional time, distance or changes outside the confirmed scope may affect the fare and depend on whether the chauffeur can extend the assignment.
North Island pickup coverage is checked
The form checks hourly pickup coverage against the cities configured by the booking team. An Auckland business day and an itinerary starting in Hamilton, Rotorua or Tauranga may have different availability. Enter your actual pickup address rather than choosing a nearby city merely to obtain a price. Coverage for your date must be confirmed.
Regional hotel visits, lodge stays and meetings outside the pickup area need an individual review. Driving from the operating base, rural access and a finish far from the starting point can affect the arrangements. A North Island destination list is not a promise that a chauffeur is available on demand in every town or region.

Choose a vehicle category using both passenger and luggage capacity. Colleagues carrying presentation equipment may need more space than the passenger count suggests. Tell us about multiple hotel collections, equipment cases and any child-seat requirement. A selected category is a preference within the available booking options, separate from the final assigned vehicle.
If you need a chauffeur to drive a vehicle that you supply, use Hire Chauffeur and choose Driver Without Car. That is a different arrangement from vehicle-inclusive hourly travel. The driver-only plan has a four-hour minimum at NZ$137.50 per hour including GST, before offers; the vehicle itself is not included in that rate.
Hourly rates, booked duration and waiting
With-car estimates use the selected vehicle’s backend hourly rate, configured minimum duration and applicable distance allowance or overage. Enter the required days and hours. The driver-only rate must not be assumed to be the fare for a vehicle-inclusive booking. Check the selected vehicle and fare breakdown before proceeding with payment or a quote request.
Where the form offers a return trip, the return journey calculation doubles the journey fare. Wait and return also includes the selected waiting days and hours under the configured rules. This does not make every stop or extension free. If the displayed options do not describe your schedule accurately, request a reviewed itinerary rather than selecting approximate details.
Confirm your plan and claim the offer
Enter your contact details, start location, New Zealand date and time, duration and vehicle preference first. Eligible journeys can then show calculated vehicle fares. Pickups within 72 hours require a quote, and other requests can still need review for coverage, vehicle availability or a custom itinerary. A pending request does not by itself confirm the booking.

For a manual quotation, ask the team to include the same offer in the confirmed price; it does not stack with another code.
