Plan your airport transfer in Orewa
For arrivals, include the airport, terminal, flight number and a mobile number you can use after landing. Allow time for passport control and baggage collection before choosing your pickup time.
For departures, work backwards from your airline check-in guidance and allow for road conditions, luggage loading and the journey to the terminal. Confirm the meeting point with the team; an estimated drive time is not a guaranteed airport arrival time.
Pickup planning in Orewa
Provide the exact street address, building or hotel name and agreed entrance. Include passenger numbers, luggage, child-seat requirements and a mobile number you can use on the day. For larger sites or private properties, add meeting-point and access instructions.
Tell the team about flight check-in deadlines, meeting times or venue arrival requirements. Road traffic, weather, loading and terminal access can change journey times. Allow a practical buffer and ask for a route review if your schedule is tight.
Vehicle choice and a clear fare
Compare the available vehicle categories against both passenger and luggage capacity. Declare suitcases, prams, mobility equipment and oversized items before confirming a vehicle. Category selection is subject to availability; a specific assignment is recorded separately.
Check the calculated journey charges, applicable waiting, extras and discount before submitting. GST is included. Claim your code through Grab the offer for 5% off calculated rides. For custom itineraries and quote-only vehicles, ask the team to include the offer in your confirmed quote.
